Refund Policy

At Ankit Jangid, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital and creative services, we have established a clear refund policy to maintain fairness and transparency.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are accepted only if the service has not been started or no work has been delivered.

Clients must submit a refund request within 3 days of payment.

Partial Refunds

If the service has been partially delivered, only the value of the remaining work may be refunded.

Partial refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of work completed.

Non-Refundable Services

Services that have been fully delivered or marked as completed are not eligible for a refund.

Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Dispute Resolution

In case of dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to contact our support team first.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through revisions or alternate solutions before considering a refund.
